After its construction, it was not suitable for use as a lighthouse and was used by whalers (especially the Davidson fishing family) to observe whales and conduct whaling operations.
Beowa National Park was previously called Ben Boyd National Park, and it has pristine forests and stunning beaches that are rarely visited. - 灯塔 Green Cape Lighthouse
Also located in Beowa National Park, it is the southernmost lighthouse in New South Wales, built in 1883, standing 29 meters tall, perched on the cliffs of the cape.
The road to the lighthouse meets the sea and sky, which is very spectacular. You can visit the lighthouse, and you can also stay in the renovated accommodation of the lighthouse keeper's cottage.
